Letter of Resignation
Emergency Department Management,
Thank you all for the opportunity to work in the Emergency Department. At this time I have decided to pursue more long-term career objectives and personal goals. Please accept this letter as my formal resignation from my position as Technical Partner/EMT in the Emergency Department, effective April 17, 2009.
My time at thsi hospital has been well spent; I have acquired many new skills and learned a great deal. My memories of the Emergency Department, the staff, and the patients we serve are all positive and will be missed. The department has treated me well, the management team has been wonderful, and the experience has been unforgettable. Hopefully our paths will cross again, but for the meantime I wish the hospital, the department, and all the staff the best.
My efforts until my end date will be to help the department find/train my replacement, continue serving the hospital and our patients, and to fulfill my resignation obligations. I am happy to answer any questions regarding my employment or resignation, and to help in whatever way possible to make this a smooth transition.
Thank you,
Ryan Bernal
